Paul Swift, from Merri-bek, who has been in a similar role with that council overseeing the installation and management of public charging. Annika Kearton, Chief Executive Officer of the Central Victorian Greenhouse Alliance, a formal partnership of 13 local governments from central and north-west Victoria where she’s developing a Regional EV Charging Framework.
